B.Pharm Courses

Admission to B.Pharm as well as hostel is done by the admission cell . There is a sequence of procedure required to the fulfilled before admitting a candidate and that will be looked on by the admission cell.

Course Duration: 4 Years

Eligibility: A pass in +2/Degree/D.Pharm Examination with 40% marks in aggregation with physics, Chemistry, Biology(Botany and Zoology).

Application in the prescribed form for admission should reach the Principal within the prescribed time accompanied with the attested/originals copies of the following documents

Eligibility for B.Pharm Course

  • Candidates belonging to all categories except Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes for admission to the B. Pharmacy course must have obtained individual pass marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Botany & Zoology , Mathematics & Biology /Computer Science & Biology both in theory and practical with a minimum of 40% marks.
  • Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes must have obtained individual pass marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany & Zoology (or) Mathematics both in Theory & Practical with a minimum of 35% marks.
  • Lateral Entry (Direct Second Year/ III Semester) A pass in English with a minimum of 35% marks is mandatory for all categories for admission to the course or Candidates qualified in the Diploma in Pharmacy examination conducted by the Board of Examinations of the Government of Tamil Nadu or any other Board of any other State recognized as equivalent there to by the authority of this University.
